Workshop Description

80% of the vacant jobs are never advertised. This means that when you apply for advertised jobs, you are not only seeing a limited number of opportunities, you are also competing with thousands of other applicants. This reactive approach gives you a tragic 3% chance to be called for an interview!

Proactive job seekers are aware of job vacancies before they get advertised; they have conversations with key players, they get recommended for their dream job and they get contacted by recruiters whether or not they are currently looking for a job.

This workshop is designed to guide you from a reactive to a proactive job search and provide you with a strategy to successfully manage your career.

Emeline is a highly-accomplished Talent Management expert and Certified Career Coach with a unique background in supporting talented individuals and businesses reach their full potential through customized solutions.

Emeline has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development and Talent Management across several industries from start-ups to multinationals.

Throughout her career, she was actively involved in employee recruitment, development and engagement for the ACCOR hospitality group. She supported Delta Partners Group, a leading advisory and investment firm, establishing a corporate culture for training and employee development. Later, she joined the 2 main knowledge providers in the region (Informa Middle East and Meirc Training & Consulting) where she created and led professional development and learning programs to develop the Human Capital of 100s of key organizations in the GCC.

In 2016, Emeline launched MomentuM Coaching and Consulting to support individuals lead the life and career they truly want and help organizations take their business and people to the next level.

Emeline graduated from the International Coach Academy, a certifying body accredited by ICF (The International Coach Federation) with over 250 hours of coaching under her belt. She holds a Bachelor Degree from NEOMA International Business School in France with a major in Human Resources as well as several certifications including Leadership & Management, Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, and the ATD Coaching Certificate Program.
